Norton tech support is probably the worst on earth.

I've never been treated more rudely, had so few issues solved and been so pissed off at such terrible service before. I've been hung up on, interrupted and once my entire system crashed after i made the mistake of letting one of their monkeys remote desktop.
And the product is absolute crap too. Go with AVG. It has a free version, doesn't make your computer run like molasses and their tech support actually know what they're talking about and treat you like a human being.
Screw you Norton. You aren't worth the money these poor consumers are paying every year.
